本机床是为拉削奥迪车法兰盘式三柱槽、液压马达转子及重车滑套等专门设计制造的。该加工件的特点是形状复杂，加工余量大，定位困难，且精度要求高。针对以上要求，我公司在通用400KN立式拉床的基础上，增加了相应的拉刀导向装置，产品定位装置和拉刀自动夹紧装置等。机床具有自动、半自动及手动调整加工的功能。单道工序节拍达40件/小时。
Double oil cylinder on the upward Broaching MachineThis machine is specially designed for broaching flange type housing, rotor of oil hydraulic motor in AUDI automobile and sliding bush.
Work piece above mentioned usually has complex shape; big machining allowance and it is hard to positioning and need high accuracy. So we added broach guide device,positioning device and self-holding device on 400KN vertical ,broaching machine to realize auto, semi-auto and manual machining.
